Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SupaTraffic. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the service does
SupaTraffic reads a website you connect, suggests search keywords, and generates draft articles. Drafts are yours to review, edit, publish or discard. How we read the site depends on how you connected it — section 3.
You may also connect the place you publish — WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, HubSpot, Notion, or a Git repository — and have us post articles there for you. That is optional, off unless you turn it on, and covered by section 4.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Websites you connect
You may only connect a website you own or are authorised to act for.
If you connect through the Webflow Marketplace, you do not give us an address at all. You authorise us on Webflow, we ask Webflow which sites you granted, and you pick one. Everything we learn about it — its name, its address, its pages — comes from Webflow’s own API using the permissions you granted. We do not fetch your published website.
If you connect by typing an address — WordPress, Ghost, Framer, or any site with no app for us to install — our server fetches that site’s public pages so we can describe your business. This is the only way we ever fetch a website, and it is never used for a Webflow connection. You must not give us an address that is not your own public website, or use it to probe systems you do not control. We may refuse or stop a fetch at any time.
4. Publishing on your behalf
Connecting a publishing destination means giving us a credential for it, and it is worth being precise about what that involves.
What we store. We store the credential you grant, encrypted, and use it only to publish the articles you asked for. What that credential can reach is decided by the platform, not by us. WordPress application passwords in particular are not restrictable: the one your site issues grants full access to that site’s API as the user who approved it. We ask for the narrowest thing each platform offers, which on some platforms is not narrow.
What automatic publishing does. With it switched on, finished articles are posted to your connected destinations without anyone reviewing them first. It is off by default. Leave it off and nothing reaches your website until you press Publish.
What we change on your site. Only the article: its title, body, URL slug, excerpt, tags and cover image. On WordPress we also write the article excerpt, which your theme may show on archive and category pages, because it is the only field the WordPress API lets us use to influence how the post appears in search results.
Ending it. Disconnect at any time from the Connections screen, and revoke the credential on the platform itself. Both work independently: disconnecting deletes our copy and asks the platform to revoke it, and revoking it on the platform means we can no longer use it whatever our records say. We also delete our copy of a credential that has stopped working. Articles already published stay where they are — they are yours.
5. Credits, plans and billing
- One credit is one article, and nothing else costs a credit. Connecting a website and reading it, keyword research, cover images, publishing to a connected site and autopilot are all included — they consume no credits at all. Your plan includes 30 articles a month.
- There is no free tier and no trial. A new account holds no credits until a plan is bought.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your credit allowance resets on renewal rather than accumulating, and unused credits do not roll over.
- Need more articles inside a period? Extra articles are $3 each, bought ten at a time ($30 minimum). They join the same balance and are cleared by the next reset, exactly like the allowance. Top-ups require a live subscription.
- If a job fails, the credits are returned automatically. You are never charged for output you did not receive.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get it back — that is the whole policy, and it is the same sentence the homepage and the pricing page carry. It was promised on both of those and on our Marketplace listing while these terms said only “write to us”; the terms are the document those pages point at, so the promise belongs here.
- Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months, but if something went genuinely wrong outside the 14 days, write to us and we will sort it out.
- One subscription covers up to ten websites. Additional websites are $59 a month each, or $49 a month each on the quarterly plan, and each one gets its own article allowance rather than sharing the first site’s.
6. Who owns the articles
You do. We claim no rights over the drafts generated for you, and you may publish, edit or sell them as you wish. You are responsible for reviewing them before publication — see the next section for why that matters.
7. What we do not promise
We cannot promise rankings or traffic. Search engines decide what ranks, and nobody selling SEO software controls that. Search volumes shown in the product are model estimates, not measurements.
Generated text can be wrong. A language model can state something confidently and incorrectly. Review every article before you publish it, particularly anything factual, legal, medical or financial. Publishing is your decision and your responsibility — and that remains true when you switch on automatic publishing, which posts articles no human has read.
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use SupaTraffic to produce or distribute:
- content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trade marks;
- content designed to deceive, defraud or impersonate;
- content that is unlawful, harassing, or targets a private individual;
- bulk doorway pages intended to manipulate search results deceptively.
We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost traffic, rankings or revenue.
10. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; material changes will be emailed to you before they take effect, and continuing to use the service means accepting them. You may close your account at any time. We may close yours for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where it is possible to give it.
